I took my daughters VW CC here after it started making some noise that I thought was the timing chain tensioner. Paul was very helpful when I initially called in, and Scott kept me updated after he diagnosed the actual issue. The repair wound up costing a lot less than I had anticipated and my daughter had her car back in two days.

Their prices are more than fair and they are just genuinely good people. Autohaus Merkle has found another lifelong customer.

These people are pretty great. I got my intake valves cleaned by them and they also put in an upgraded clutch for my car. Lots of knowledge flowing through this place - they even let me know that I had a bit of a leak to be aware of.

Any questions I have had were met with answers that were incredibly helpful. I'm planning on doing quite a bit of work to my vehicle myself but should I have any issues or questions, I know EXACTLY who to go to.
